Returns & Refunds

We currently offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wildwoodandraven.com and include:

  • your order number,

  • a description of the issue,

  • and photos of the item if applicable.

Because many of our products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • buyer’s remorse,

  • incorrect sizing selections,

  • or change-of-mind purchases.
